How to Use PDF Workspace Layers in Your Browser

Open PDF Workspace
Go to Workspace and upload one or more PDFs. Each file starts with an Original layer.

Run Merge (example)
With at least two files open, click Merge. wikawe creates a new working document with a Merged layer and selects it automatically.

Add Watermark on the result
With the merged file active, click Watermark and enter text. A Watermark layer is added on top — no download required.

Keep going or download
Run Compress, Sign, or Editor as needed. Each step adds a layer. Use Download current when finished.

Restore or delete a layer
In the Layers panel (right side on desktop), click a layer to restore that version (later steps are removed). Use the trash icon to delete a layer and everything above it.

If you delete the only remaining layer on a derived document (for example Merged), that working document is removed. Source uploads are unchanged.

Yes. Click the Merged layer (or trash the Watermark layer) to drop watermark and everything above it.
