What Page Management does on wikawe
Manage every page of your PDF in the browser: reorder, delete, duplicate, insert blanks, extract, reverse, add page numbers, crop, and resize to A4, Letter, or Legal. Unlike upload-based converters, Page Management is designed so your inputs stay in this browser session while you work.
wikawe focuses on practical page management workflows: clear steps, downloadable results, and no account wall for core use. That makes it suitable for everyday personal and professional tasks where privacy matters.
When to use Page Management
Fixing scanned packets that need page numbers, A4 resize, and blank divider pages.
Extracting a subset of pages for a client while keeping the full working document intact.
Tips for better Page Management results
Use Extract to download selected pages without changing the working document.
Crop uses equal margins from each edge — set points carefully before applying to all pages.
If you need a related job next — merge after split, compress after convert, or format after validate — open the related tools on this page or return to the tools catalog. Chaining keeps your documents and data on your device throughout.
Privacy and quality
Processing for Page Management runs client-side in your browser whenever the tool design allows. That reduces unnecessary uploads of personal documents, photos, or business data to third-party servers just to complete a quick task.
For AdSense-quality publishing standards we keep this page focused on unique guidance for Page Management: how it works, when to use it, and how it differs from nearby tools. Explore Help Center guides for longer tutorials when you want screenshots-style walkthroughs.

Drag page thumbnails into the order you want, then click “Apply reorder” and download.
Can I delete only some pages?+
Yes. Select the pages you want to remove, then click Delete. You cannot delete every page — at least one must remain.

Select one or more pages and click Duplicate. A copy of each selected page is inserted right after the original.
How do I insert a blank page?+
Optionally select a page (blank is inserted after it), choose A4/Letter/Legal under Resize, then click Blank page.
What does Extract do?+
Extract downloads a new PDF containing only your selected pages, without changing the original working document.
Can I resize pages to A4, Letter, or Legal?+
